I'm Published, Now What?

Okay I have my first book published, I feel like a real writer now. No, not really. It's only on Amazon with 350,000 other books. "What now?" I ask. From my sales background I know the key is exposure, exposure. Go and expose yourself I would say to my salesman, let them know you are out there. So I will make a mass emailing to friends and family, post on facebook which you might be reading now, be at the top of google and yahoo searches. What else.
